BOOKING POLICY

Deposit & Payments

• No session is scheduled without a deposit and confirmation.

• The remaining balance should be paid at the start of the session, unless already paid in full.

Session Timing & Cancellations

• Sessions begin at the reserved time. Late arrivals still count toward booked time.

• A session may be rescheduled once with at least 4 hours notice.

• A 50% deposit refund is issued for cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice.

Parking

• Parking is available on Amber Street and in the lot on Amber St & Westmoreland.

• Do not park in front of the studio or in the loading dock.

Entrance & Security

• The studio entrance must remain closed at all times.

• Do not allow anyone into the building who is not part of your session.

Common Areas

• Hallways and shared spaces must stay clear at all times.

Session Safety

• Engineers are responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests. Engineers represent the studio and have authority to enforce rules.

• The studio does not tolerate violence, aggression, or disrespect towards anyone.

• You may not open carry inside the building.

Smoking

• No smoking in hallways

• No cigarette/cigar smoking inside the building.

Failure to follow studio policies may result in immediate session termination without refund.
