Member Studio Policy

Booking, Time, & Usage

• All studio hours and included benefits must be used within 30 days of purchase and do not roll over.

• Memberships and studio access are non-transferable.

• All studio activity must be scheduled through the booking calendar or management.

• Sessions begin at the scheduled booking time, not arrival time. Late arrivals still count toward booked session time.

• Sessions can be canceled or rescheduled with 24 hours notice,.
  
  

Guests, Access & Security

• Members are responsible for their guests at all times.

• Clients and guests may not allow anyone into the building who is not part of their session.

• The studio entrance must remain closed at all times.

• Hallways and shared/common areas must be kept clear — no hanging out in common spaces.

Equipment, Conduct & Safety

• Studio equipment must be used respectfully. Any damage caused by a member or their guests is the member’s responsibility.

• Engineers are responsible for maintaining a safe, respectful environment during sessions.

• Cigarette smoking is not permitted inside the building.
  
  

Parking

• Free parking is available on Amber Street and in the lot on the corner of Amber Street & Westmoreland.

• Parking is not permitted in front of the loading dock or studio door.
  
  

Enforcement

• Management reserves the right to modify scheduling access or revoke membership for repeated no-shows, misuse of the space, or violations of studio rules.

• Failure to follow studio policies may result in session termination without refund.
